Kevin Young (Director) has 40 years Asset & Integrity Management experience in UK, Middle East, South East Asia and Australia, having returned home to UK in 2020, to help clients realize value from their assets.

A Professional Engineer and Management Consultant with nearly 40 years experience in operational risk & integrity management on oil and gas facilities, with extensive working experience in UK, Middle East, Africa, South East Asia, Australia & New Zealand. Kevin has held responsibility for ensuring the integrity of Major Accident Hazard facilities through risk assessment, in-line inspection, defect management, corrosion control and emergency response. He has carried out numerous asset management gap analysis, safety case assessments and audits and failure investigations.   
Kevin is an experienced Management Consultant (MBA) with skills in leadership, along with a developed understanding of organisational cultural and its influence on innovation and change
